By using the Zyniora shop or creating an account you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You can sign in with Google or email. Keep your login private and give us accurate delivery details. We may close accounts used for fraud or abuse.
Orders
Placing an order is a request to buy. We confirm every order by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch and may cancel orders we cannot fulfil, including when an item is out of stock.
Customer cancellation
You can cancel your own order from My account at any time within 24 hours of placing it, including after dispatch. After 24 hours, contact us for help.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Bangladeshi taka. Delivery is ৳70 inside Dhaka and ৳130 outside Dhaka, added at checkout. Promo codes cannot be exchanged for cash. Payment is cash on delivery.
Delivery
We deliver across Bangladesh. Track your order on the tracking page or in My account.
Returns
Unopened items can be returned within 3 days of delivery. See the refund & returns policy.
Product use
Always patch-test skin care before full use and stop if irritation occurs. Product information comes from the brands; Zaino's suggestions are guidance, not medical advice.
