3-day returns

You may return any unopened, unused item in its original sealed packaging within 3 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Cancel an order

Sign in and open My account to cancel your own order within 24 hours of placing it, at any delivery stage. After this window, contact our helpline.

Not eligible

Opened, used or unsealed skin care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the item arrived damaged or is not what you ordered.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, message us on WhatsApp within 3 days with your order ID and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery.

How to request a return

Contact us on WhatsApp with your order ID. Once the returned item is received and checked, refunds are sent by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer within 7 working days. Delivery charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
