Privacy policy
This policy explains what information Zyniora collects when you visit zyniora.lovable.app, create an account or place an order, and how we use it.
Information we collect
Orders: your name, email, phone number, house no., address, city, notes and the products you order.
Accounts: when you sign in with Google we receive only your name, email address and profile picture. We never see your Google password. If you sign up with email, your password is stored securely in encrypted form.
Shopping: your bag and saved favourites, kept in your browser and, when signed in, in your account.
How we use it
To process, confirm and deliver your orders; send order confirmation and delivery emails; show your orders and invoices in My account; and answer your questions on WhatsApp. We do not sell or rent your information and do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the delivery courier receives the details needed to deliver your order. Our AI assistant Zaino answers product questions; conversations are not saved.
Payments
We accept cash on delivery only and never collect card details.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep order records for as long as needed for delivery, returns and our accounts. You can edit your profile any time in My account, or ask us on WhatsApp to delete your account and personal data.
